Refund & Cancellation Policy
This draft must match actual operations and applicable law before payments are accepted. It avoids absolute “no refunds ever” language pending legal review.
Before production begins
If you cancel after paying but before production has started — meaning before we have begun selecting or treating your gallery — we will refund the fee, less any non-recoverable payment-processing costs if those apply.
After production begins
Once image selection, motion, or editing has started, the work is underway. Cancellation at that point is not an automatic full refund. We may complete the agreed film, offer a partial credit for unused scope, or discuss a fair settlement depending on how far production has progressed.
Revisions and new scope
One revision round is included. Asking for a different concept, additional properties, extra formats, or changes that need new source photography is new scope, not a defect.
Defective or missing files
If a delivered file is corrupt, missing an agreed format, or does not match the quoted length/scope, tell us promptly. We will replace or correct the deliverable. That is the first remedy.
How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Response timing will be confirmed in the quote and operator details. This page will be updated when a payment provider is chosen.
